Retreats are held 3-4 times a year and usually involve a weekend full of various sessions and workshops where we look at specific aspects of recovery such as dealing with pain, or self-forgiveness. Throughout the year we host weekends, long weekends and week long retreats that are designed to delight your mind, body and soul. Time spent with us leads to fabulous positive changes and we have enjoyed hearing about all the wonderful life changing experiences that our attendees achieve.

Engagement in creative arts and crafts workshop
We plan to run regular art, music, literature, and drama workshops that will let you explore and deal with issues related to your own recovery. It is also a great way of experimenting with new ideas and explores your identity and creative potential.
